Currently...

Well,  I guess I'd like to say firstly, I'm sorry I haven't been on DA much for so long.  I've tried to at least go through as many deviations as I can and favorite things, and comment when I can- Please don't be offended if I don't comment on your works, it simply means I love what you've done, and that I have nothing to suggest as improvement, and that things I have mentioned loving about your work in the past still applies… So again, please don't be offended- I love all of your works- everyone from the amateur artist who continues to improve to the professional.  Keep doing what you're doing- regardless you will have my support

Next, I would like to say to those of you who have kind of followed me and my life for a while… there have been some major shake-ups.  I've eliminated a lot of toxic people from my life- revamped things in many aspects.  Hopefully there will be an improvement and I can stay out of the depressive non-artistic slump I have been in for a while… Don't get me wrong, depression can be inspiring; but it can also be completely crippling as I'm sure a number of you know from experience.

I have started working on drawing again… nothing too amazing yet though I have some fun ideas just no way to express them well enough.  I have started working on Second Guesses again.  Still shading… I have a ways to go though.  I also drew a few random doodles that are done with marker, similar to my Cupcake and Toxicake.  Maybe I'll upload some WIP's and other doodles… I'll see.  

How have you guys been?  Any fun projects in mind?  Is the near-arrival of summer starting to inspire?

Currently...

Well, First off, I would like to rant.
I Usually don't like to complain about the new layouts on DA... but this one is driving me nuts =T.T=

I LIKE:
That they tried to put more of a focus on the artwork and encourage more comments and more artwork per page, along with easier access to full galleries...

I HATE:
That Artist comments get CUT OFF! There's a REASON artists put COMMENTS! Artist comments in my opinion are even more important than feedback, because that's where an artist puts their Copyright information and credit to stock and well, EVERYTHING! So that is EXTREMELY bothersome to me...
Also, I don't like the "Don't forget to comment!" blip that pops up EVERY SINGLE TIME you favorite a piece... I mean, yay for encouraging more comments, but that is NOT the way to do it.
Also, I do not like the backwards layout of the deviations... They should have left the toolbar on the left side... what was the point in moving it exactly?

...That's just a quick rant... I'm sure I'll be finding more annoyances with this layout... (seriously, this is the first time I can think of that I've ever had an actual PROBLEM with the layout...)

What do you guys think?


ANYWAY On a lighter note, I am working on not dying (For those of you who didn't know, I had some extremely bad -new- health problems recently)

As I said in my last journal, I've continued to play with colors and I'm trying to work on human figure drawing... Not sure any of that is upload-able but we'll see.
I hope that now with school being done and me only having work that I'll be able to accomplish some things and upload them... I have a bunch of started projects that I just really need to finish including watercolor pieces, masks, doodles, color experiments and more...
I'll also probably be uploading Joker and HarleyQuinn photos.

Anyway, How has everyone been? Excited for summer? Working on any cool new art projects?

Currently...

Well, I've been busy... School and work and exhaustion has gotten the better of me...  In addition, I've been busy working with the band DebraLynN and doing logos and brainstorming other artistic ideas with them (as you might have noticed already)... As I mentioned in my two logo deviations, (DebraLynN Logo 1 and DebraLynN Logo 2 Egyptian) The plan is that they are to be turned into T-shirts That's exciting for me I guess... Other than that, I've been helping them take photos, record, and all kinds of stuff like that in preparation for a show they're headlining this Saturday

I have gotten some motivation lately for my other artowrk, however haven't had the time to put it to that much use... But, after my next wave of exams and doctor appointments, I hope to upload something decent And remember that one preview I gave you guys, like, forever ago- Dead Party Preview? Well I looked through my gallery today, found it, and realized I'd really like to finish it... So I hope to start working on that again too.  I also have had a HUGE urge to start painting again and have some ideas that got drawn but never painted, so I might play with some of those too...

I've continued to play with colors- I have a big set of various colored permanent markers that I've been playing with and I've came up with a weird drawing thing... it's nothing too extravagant but generally people who have seen it liked it, so I might upload that soon since it's almost done...

So, I have been frantically trying to keep up with everyone's deviations- I still have nearly 2,000 to look at =T.T=  

I will be busy for a while, so I will be trying to upload things in the near future, but it might not be for a few weeks because I have exams to take, papers to write, holidays to withstand, doctors to see, and a possible out of town trip...

I still have some random sketchy doodles and such that I have worked on that I may upload... And I want to paint some more I just have to find my paints- but that's a long story...

Currently...

So, I have been gone a lot.  Very busy with college, work, and going from doctor to doctor.  I won't be explaining any of that though.  

I apologize for not submitting anything in forever and for being so gone and busy.  I am trying to get caught up on Daily Deviations- and I'm sorry but I will not likely be leaving comments on them, due to time purposes and there just being SO many wonderful deviations to love.
